Ballroom, danser pour exister

A vibrant story pulsing with the energy of Paris’s ballroom scene. In the world of LGBT+ and BIPOC communities, young artists from the House of Revlon fight for their dreams, their identity and their place on the stage of contemporary France. Between the glare of the spotlight and the daily struggle against exclusion, the protagonists create their own spectacular personas. Make-up, fashion and storytelling all matter here because ballroom is, above all, an emotional competition.

The series draws viewers in with its atmosphere of community, queer freedom and intense rivalry, from internal conflicts to the historic ball organized during the Olympic Games in Paris, which brings the ballroom scene to a new level of visibility. It is a story about the Revlon family, born from the courage to be oneself.

Episode 1
Dark clouds gather over the House of Revlon. Edilson, a new member of the ballroom family, fears exclusion and must prove that he belongs to the House. At the same time, Giselle, hurt by criticism, begins to question her leadership style and faces a dilemma: should she leave or stay?

Episode 2
Disappointed, Giselle withdraws from House life and focuses on herself. Vinii accepts this decision but begins seeking support from other House leaders, including Kobe. The Galaxy Ball becomes a test of ambition and talent. Edilson begins to understand his place in the ballroom scene better.

Episode 3
Edilson continues to develop his identity among the Revlons. Giselle’s absence, however, is clearly felt. Vinii and Keiona talk about the challenges of leadership and the difficulties faced by younger members of the House. The Marseille Ball brings a moment of relief… and an unexpected visit.

Episode 4
A ball organized during the Olympic Games in Paris brings both joy and enormous pressure. The Revlons are given the chance to present ballroom to a wider audience, and Vinii performs in front of his biological parents for the first time. Meanwhile, Edilson confronts a harsh reality and accepts the support of his ballroom family.

Episode 5
The American founder and icon of the House of Revlon, Father Tony, visits Europe for the first time and appears at the Halloween Ball. Members of the House pay tribute to this iconic figure. Giselle, the Godmother of the House of Revlon, returns and gains unexpected recognition, while Edilson decides on his place in the Revlon family.
