When punk meets feminism in a rebellious London of 1980’s, an explosion is bound to happen. We meet a group of young lesbians. Through interviews, exceptional music, animation and archive footage, the documentary “Rebel Dykes” portrays the story of lives of few friends, who got to know each other at Greenham Common Women’s Peace Camp. Their coming back to London is the beginning of their common life, struggle and love, but also attempts to find freedom and strength to create their own world that goes by totally different rules.
