UNDERSTANDING DEPRESSION
People with depression are usually invisible. Society believes that it is a sign of mental weakness, which is characteristic for people spoiled by life, self-absorbed and unable to pull themselves together. When someone in our proximity suffers from depression, we usually think it will pass – “they’re just feeling blue”. But depression never goes away itself. That “blues” stays and stays, often for months or even years. How tough a human being can be? The movie tells 4 stories of victory over depression. The illness that usually brings exclusion, doctors’ helplessness and suicidal thoughts, but takes away the joy of life.
